John Szwalek Sr., Chief Lending Officer

John Szwalek is Chief Lending Officer at Onelink Solution. He has 32 years of lending experience as well as a total of 42 years in financial services. John was a Senior Asset Based Lending Manager at Wells Fargo Capital Finance a division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Before joining Wells Fargo, John was a Senior Account Executive at The CIT Group Inc. and prior held various account executive positions throughout the asset based lending community.

John’s experience includes monitoring accounts on a collection basis that did $5MM to $2.3 Billion Dollars in total sales revenue in different industries besides the apparel industry. In addition, he was responsible for a lending portfolio that was comprised of loans ranging from $500M to $325MM for a number of different companies in different industries.

John has an extensive networking pipeline. This has resulted in beneficial deal flow to various companies, financial services businesses and individuals in all multiple industries.

Marisol Ruiz Mortorano, Advisor

As an Advisor of Onelink Solution, Marisol Ruiz Mortorano oversees customer accounts and operations. She brings a wealth of experience with more than 20 years in the financial and banking industries. Her extensive background includes branch operations and customer service at BCB Community Bank, overseeing daily money market transactions for participating banks at Double Rock Corporation, a cash management and financial technologies firm in New York, and ATM management at Provident Bank.
